{"id":227,"date":"2025-04-21T17:01:31","date_gmt":"2025-04-21T17:01:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.imtexh.com\/career\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=227"},"modified":"2025-10-10T07:13:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T07:13:50","slug":"appworks-consultant","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.imtexh.com\/career\/jobs\/appworks-consultant\/","title":{"rendered":"OpenText AppWorks Consultant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><br>The&nbsp;<strong>AppWorks Consultant&nbsp;<\/strong>will be responsible for developing applications using the OpenText low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems for each client&#8217;s unique requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with end clients in order to prioritize different working items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish implementation capabilities and limitations, performance requirements and interfaces for the end-user solution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver efficient solutions using low-code: analyze clients business, systems, and workflow processes and come up with solutions that meet customer&#8217;s needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out solution testing: ensure efficient on-boarding processes for new clients; carry out root-cause analysis to develop logical conclusions and suggest alternative configurations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overall ownership of solution implementation: be in charge of assigned customer projects, ensuring timely and efficient communication and solutions are delivered to plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and execute testing with customers to ensure successful implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, troubleshooting &amp; debugging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather and address technical &amp; design requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for tracking repeated incidents or incidents that happened for multiple markets (Problem Management)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deployment of releases, patches and hotfixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application installation, setup and configuration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automation of repetitive tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Educational Requirement: Computer Science degree\/other technical discipline or equivalent experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-8 years of working experience as an IT professional (2-5 years in low-code development)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java or .Net, XML, SOAP, REST API, JSON, SQL, Web Services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in various Operating Systems like Linux, Windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should be able to work with the scrum agile methodology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in supporting AppWorks on-premises version 16.x. and cloud version 20.x. is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good logical thinking &amp;
