Job Brief
The xECM for Engineering Consultant at Open Text bridges the gap between the technical world of OpenText Engineering Solution development, Energy & Engineering business processes of our customers. Therefore, a combination of deep technical xECM for Engineering configuration & ECM related development skills, configuration and strong understanding of OpenText ECM and a wide range of equally important “soft” consulting skills such as advanced customer facing skills, customer relationship building, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Opentext technologies such as Content Server, Documentum, ECM, etc.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, and extensions within the Opentext platforms.
• Integrate Opentext platforms with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
• Perform system configurations, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct testing and debugging of Opentext solutions to ensure functionality and quality.
• Create technical documentation and provide support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Opentext technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
